Counselling for Relationships and Self-Directed Life Design

My name is Cosma. I am a counsellor based in London. I help clients build and maintain relationships that add to their lives rather than drain them. I also work with people seeking to overcome mimetic desire and clarify which of their goals are truly theirs and aligned with their goals and happiness.

How I Work

I focus on solution-oriented therapy. My practice draws on Attachment Theory, Emotion-Focused Therapy, Gottman research, and theories of mimetic desire. I hold Gottman Method certification at Levels 1 and 2, as well as an MA from the University Cambridge.

I help clients build relationships that add to their lives rather than drain them. Through structured work on communication, attachment patterns, and how desire and expectation operate between people, we reduce recurring friction and build something more durable. Any lasting relationship takes deliberate effort and that effort, directed well, changes everything.

I also help clients cut through the noise and hear themselves clearly. Parental pressure, peer comparison, and inherited life plans can quietly steer us into careers and relationships that look right from the outside but leave us unfulfilled. Together we work to identify what you actually want and build the confidence to live it.

Book a Session

The first step is a free 30-minute consultation. No pressure just a chance to talk, see if we’re a good fit, and figure out what you’re looking for.

Due to relocation, I currently only offer online sessions.
